• Orders: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Commissions: details about your car and any reference photos you send us.
• Messages: whatever you choose to tell us through the contact form or by email.

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

Only to process and deliver your order, create your commission, reply to your messages and let you know about your order. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Only the partners needed to complete your order: our payment provider (Yoco), our courier, and FormSubmit, which delivers the forms on this site to our inbox. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and the map on our contact page from OpenStreetMap, which may see your IP address.

We never sell or rent your information.

We keep order records for as long as South African tax law requires, and delete reference photos and messages once they are no longer needed.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email crankandcanvas@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
