Shipping.

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you are outside South Africa and would like a canvas, get in touch and we will see what we can arrange.

One delivery fee per order, the same for collection canvases and custom commissions, counted by the number of canvases in the order. It is added at checkout, so you pay once and there is nothing more to settle later.

A0 canvases are large enough to need a dedicated courier, so A0 delivery is never free. Any A3 or A2 canvases in the same order travel with them at no extra cost.

Promo codes and specials come off the canvases, never the delivery.

Prefer to pick it up? Choose Collect at checkout and there is no delivery fee, for any size including A0.

We will WhatsApp or email you when your canvas is ready, with the address and a time that suits you. Collection is by arrangement from our home studio in Somerset West; it is not a walk-in shop.

Collection canvases are printed once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Custom commissions ship after you have approved your proof and the canvas has been printed and wrapped.

We email you a tracking reference as soon as your canvas leaves us.

Each canvas is corner-protected, wrapped and boxed so it arrives ready to hang, not ready to repair.

Take a photo of the box and the canvas and email crankandcanvas@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you. See Returns for the full policy.
