If your canvas arrives damaged, or has a print or wrapping fault, email crankandcanvas@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos. We will reprint and replace it free of charge, or refund you in full if you prefer.

Changed your mind? You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery. Let us know by email, return the canvas unused and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full price within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is for your account.

A commission is made to your specification, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is why nothing goes to print until you have seen and approved a proof. Ask for as many changes as you need at proof stage.

If a commission arrives damaged or does not match the proof you approved, we will reprint it at no cost.

Collection orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Commissions can be cancelled for a full refund before you approve the proof.
